Meet Team Paris

Gary Paris and his wife Suzanne joined Cedar Creek Realty in early 2014, bringing their high touch customer service, impressive sales record, and deep community appreciation to add to our blend of approaches to the realm of real estate. A broker since 1981, Gary had his own office in Fremont and has thrived in the real estate industry throughout the ongoing cyclical changes. Suzanne has evolved from a high school graduate thinking her new job was with a ‘tile’ company to managing a successful, high volume desk in a Bay Area ‘title’ company with its endless paperwork, deadlines and pressure for more than 30 years.

Husband and wife for 35+ years, Team Paris left the Bay Area in 2006, moving forward from their successful careers as a broker and escrow officer to live and work full time here in the Sierra where their hearts had long resided. Gary had purchased his first bit of land in Big Trees Village in 1972; to this piece of mountain soil he soon added a chalet and built his escape from the hub-bub of city life.

Their talents now combine into a highly effective team that offers a creative outlook, precise detail management, customized service and thorough follow-through. Gary takes the lead on sales and contracts, Suzanne specializes in marketing, staging, photography, open houses and showing property in concert with Gary. They are dedicated to their profession and deeply gratified by helping families find their dream vacation home or full time Sierra residence.

When not plying their skills to serving buyers and sellers of mountain property, Team Paris “loves the fall colors on the dogwoods, the quietness of the winter snowfall, fishing the blue waters of Lake Alpine and exploring the back roads of our amazing mountain homeland.”
